The location was good, but the bedbug issue made my stay stressful and disappointing.

I liked the location and the surroundings. It was very close to my office, which made my business trip convenient.

I was bitten by bedbugs on my first day of stay, and it was quite evident. I spoke to the receptionist, who took pictures and moved me to another room. After a month, I complained about the issue to the property management. I had thought the marks would disappear, but they are still visible. The treatment would be costly, so I am seeking compensation for at least the first week of my stay. This incident occurred on my very first day, which was disturbing and affected my focus on work. Consequently, I did not attend the office the next day. However, the staff is not responsible and has continued to keep me waiting even after I had sent them an email almost three weeks ago.

My new favorite hotel!

The people! Acórea and Mandy were amazing! The room was huge and beautiful! The breakfast area was spotless and the food was great. We were only there 1 night so we didn't use all the amenities but we'll definitely be back. This is my new favorite hotel!

There were 2 spots. One in the bathroom that looked like scuffing and one of the rug that looked like salt from someone's shoes. Both of which aren't the fault of the hotel though and when I told Mandy about it, she apologized and gave me extra Bonvoy points.

Staff was rude, front desk wasn’t friendly, house keeper knocked on door and was completely rude.

Brand new building. Good location, wonderful staff.

New hotel, just opened in March. Clean, comfortable rooms. The shower was strong and hot. Our bed was firm with a soft top, perfect for me. Enjoyed the breakfast. The woman preparing the breakfast was kind and courteous. Gym and pool available but unfortunately didn't have a chance to use them.

The air conditioning was loud.
