Muito bem localizado e com todas as comodidades necessárias a uma boa estadia. Excelente anfitrião, muito prestativo e atencioso. Todos os procedimentos de entrada e saída foram simples e quase automatizados. Estacionamento público seguro muito próximo do edifício. Wifi funcionando perfeitamente. No geral, excelente custo-benefício
O quarto com o beliche é bastante apertado para duas pessoas se instalarem e dormirem juntas, considerando ambas as camas abertas.

La terrazza molto bella e attrezzata, le stoviglie adeguate, la dotazione completa di asciugamani
La pulizia è assolutamente da migliorare. Nella cameretta abbiamo trovato peli e capelli. Le lenzuola non stirate e capelli trovati nel letto. Sulla parete della dolccia capelli uguali a quelli trovati nel letto. La cappa della cucina unta con il grasso che cola dai filtri. La pulizia era stata già segnalata da altri clienti, è un peccato perché l'appartamento è davvero molto carino. L'aria condizionata è presente solo nella sala e non nelle camere. Specialmente la cameretta è troppo calda.
