Ubicación y limpieza
Estaba enferma el día de entrada, hablé con ellos y me dijeron que tenía que llamar a booking (pensando que era booking el que solucionaba todo) Booking lo único que hizo fue hacer lo mismo que yo, llamarlos y desde el hotel, le dijeron que no podían cambiarme las fechas. El hecho no es que no me la cambiaran, sino los rodeos que me hicieron hacer para nada.
