Was a very easy process to get the keys and a very short walk from getting keys to the apartment. The apartment was great as a base for us and is close to the sights of Zaragoza, small supermarkets and bars and restaurants. It was very easy to ask questions of the staff (who were lovely) and at one point we needed minor maintenance and they were round very promptly. Would definitely book again if going back to the area.
The key had a bit of a knack to unlock the main block door (pull it back a bit without pulling it out!) but once worked out, access was easy.
