Cozy 2 bedrooms with private parking space and garden

Two decent sized double bedrooms. Spacious lounge & small paved back garden. Off road parking. Close to bus links to the city centre.

No hand towel or tea towel provided.

The house is spacious and similar to the pictures on booking.com Complete and sufficient pots/pans, plates and cutleries, there’s also cleaning products provided. It is clean and near to Morrisons and just 17mins drivd from the city centre. Would stay again when we come back to Edinburgh

It was a bit chilly when we arrived as it was raining. The house is a but cold and one of the sofa is leather so a bit cold to sit on, A throw would have been nice. But this is very minor and did not affect our stay

The house is very clean and comfortable, everything you need for a stay. Very nice quiet area and a short walk to the bus stop.

There were no notes/welcome booklet to explain the appliances like the boiler, coffee machine operation, shower taps etc., we figured it out eventually. There was no plug for the kitchen sink, we searched everywhere, so we had to put a cup over the plug hole to keep water in the sink.

Beds were comfortable, location to bus stop into Edinburgh.

Garden was a mess with several areas of rubbish, beer packaging and cigarette butts and dog poo. Lack of wine glasses, tea towels (none existent ) and crockery not appropriate, no full sized dinner plates and no ordinary glassware. Location not particularly safe for two single women. The property was over priced for location and facilities. The property was advertised as having a garden, apart from it being a mess there were no tables and chairs in the garden, not that you would want to sit out in it.
