Villa ConchaMar Oceanbeach

We had the most lovely stay in this beautiful villa. It had everything we needed and more besides - comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The seating area with large TV was very comfortable and the beds were super comfy too. The kitchen was exceptionally set out with all the appliances you would need and a beautiful welcome basket on arrival. Tastefully decorated and so bright. The outside space with small pool was just perfect and the location was fabulous - 5 minutes walk to a very good Shopping Centre with a great variety of shops and 1 minute to the beachfront which also had some nice places to eat or have a drink. The area around the villa was clean and well-maintained and we felt very safe walking around. The hosts were friendly and so accommodating and answered any questions we had very quickly, provided information about the locality and even dropped us back to the airport. We were sad to leave, thank you for everything.

A riser rail in the shower cubicle would be helpful for shorter people and a little shelf for bottles. The shower in the bath worked well for more space and somewhere to leave bottles down so I worked with this.

A fabulous 3 bedroom villa on the beachfront. The villa was spotless, bright, airy and modern. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, oven, microwave and hob. The main bedroom and living area have air conditioning. The private pool is what we loved most. There are two sun loungers, chairs, outdoor couches and an outdoor dining table and chairs. The property is on the beachfront with really nice restaurants only a few minutes walk. Our personal favourite was Emmax which served delicious, home cooked food. The shopping centre is only a few minutes walk with a large supermarket, along with other popular shops. Iciar and Marci were wonderful hosts, alway available for communication. They went out of their way to collect us from the airport and drive us there on our departure. We really appreciated this. The apartment is situated in a quiet, residential area. It was very private and safe.

As mentioned in other reviews the bathroom with the shower is tiny. Once you are prepared for this, it is fine.

Beautiful Villa, very spacious, clean and modern, comfortable beds, wonderful exterior area including private pool. Full benefit of washing machine and dishwasher and modern large smart tv. Everything about the villa is of high quality. The villa is in a quiet very secure complex and feels very private. Playa Concha beach is just a stone throw away. There is also use of a very large well maintained communal pool and we virtually had this to ourselves. Marci and Iciar were fantastic hosts, great at communicating, very friendly and hospitable and even picked us up and took us back to the airport and dealt with any queries in a timely manner. We were sad to leave. Thank you

There is only one very small shower/room and the main bathroom although beautiful with a sunken bath is not really practical but suited us fine.

The property is gorgeous and was immaculately clean. Location is perfect with everything in walking distance. The hosts were wonderful, friendly kind and helpful. We loved it and had the best time.

Only teeny weeny thing was the smaller of the two bathrooms. It is very tight and the shower is small. That said the other bathroom is large. It certainly didn’t spoil our wonderful break.
