In the beginning we got given the wrong address, but customer service was able to resolve it really quickly in English. We were provided with essentials, such as food and toiletries, which were really sweet and helpful for the whole duration of our stay. The Smart TV in the living room is great and we could enjoy some films in 4K quality. There was a neat space to store the shoes, and overall, the house was well-adapted for our immediate needs with a location close to all the central areas.

There were some small details which the host seems to have forgotten about. We booked a house with an expectation that we would sometimes cook, and although there was all the hardware for cooking, there was not any washing up liquid, although a dishwasher was provided, but we still could not put pots or pans in there. There was also no bin for the rubbish and no instructions as to what to do with it when it needs to be thrown out, except the request from the host to take it out before checking out. We found this very confusing. It seems to room with two single beds was quickly adapted to house people. The lamp on the end table could not be plugged in, and there were only two plugs, both above one of the beds, meaning for things like charging a phone, one person had to go downstairs, which they found annoying to have to do, as it made them unable to, for example, set an alarm. Something needs to be done about acoustics. The sound in the hall reverberates and makes it difficult to understand people not directly in front of you.

La casa era muy amplia y cómoda para 6 personas. Estaba todo muy limpio. Tuvieron varios detalles como dejarnos un pack de bienvenida con productos para desayunar, y además de las toallas para el baño, te dejan una toalla de playa, lo cual es un gran detalle, aunque no lo usamos porque no hacía tiempo de baño.

La luz de la cocina no encendía muy bien, se quedaba parpadeante por lo que teníamos que encender la de la campana para poder ver al cocinar. Además, el baño de la habitación principal tenía olores (del sifón seguramente) que pasaban a la habitación y era desagradable. Se lo hemos comentado ya, y nos han contestado que lo revisarán, así que espero que se solucione en seguida.
