About this villa rental
Located in Costa Teguise, Villa Ana is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday. The stylish house consists of a large living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a utility room, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and 2 with one king size bed each) as well as 3 bathrooms (2 are en suites) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine, a dryer, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. In your private outdoor area you will find a garden, a spacious, covered terrace where you can dine with the family, a swimming pool and a patio where you can hang out your clothes. Spend your days relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers in the pool area and enjoy the Spanish sun. Due to its excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes while the nearest supermarket is a 10-minute walk away (850 m). The beautiful Playa del Jablillo beach, which boasts soft, golden sand, is also just a 23-minute walk from the villa (2 km).

Pros: We had a very nice vacation in this house. The house was big with everything you could need.
The outside space with all sofas and tables was wery comfortable and the pool was nice.
The surroundings was very quit and it was a short walk to many restaurants.
If we return to Lanzarote this is the place for us.

We stayed at Villa Ana for 3 weeks.
A great location in a quiet residential area of Costa Teguise.
About a 2 mile coastal walk to the centre or a shorter route is available about a mile.
Plenty of taxi / car hire if you do not want / unable to walk.
Playa Bastian is the nearest beach & is much quieter than the busier Playa Cucharas.
€12 for two beds & an umbrella
Super little restaurant for lunch La Aulaga to break from the beach, authentic tapas & friendly service.
The villa is spacious & ideal for families, everything you need is here.
Ana is very helpful, flexible with checking in / out & on hand to answer any questions we had.
Two amazing restaurants very near - Montmatre & La Cantinetta Trattoria.
We’ve loved our stay & would hope to return with our larger family in tow.

Villa was so comfy. The outside area was brilliant with loads of warmth and light but shade and shelter too. Kids loved the pool. Very quiet area and walking distance to amenities. One of the best properties we have stayed in.

House was great. Pool had a cover which helped to keep the leaves etc., blowing in but we still needed to clean the pool a couple of times. Didn’t stop us enjoying the stay. Local shops and restaurants a fair walk but once we discovered the shortest route to the main centre it became easier. Had to ask Ana a couple of questions but she responded very quickly and resolved our queries. Perhaps could benefit from a guide booklet advising details regarding safe and washing machine etc. Having said all that, we really enjoyed our sttay and recommend Villa Ana as your home from home holiday destination.
