The layout was great

There was only 1 set of keys for 6 people no fans for the rooms and no shade for the solarium as awning was broken and no welcome book on how to use items I think the property could do with a update on some areas

My kids and I feel like we have found a second home in Costa Teguise, it felt so comfortable and homely. The penthouse definitely has stunning views of Costa Teguise, but it is also well equipped and extremely comfortable too. I wouldn’t say luxurious, but I preferred that it had more of a warm, friendly, homely vibe to it. They beautiful touches round the place (art work) and ornaments etc all add to the charm of the penthouse. It is a perfect location for both Playa Bastian (7 min walk) and Las Cucharas (15 minute walk), plus there are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants close to both beaches too. This has been our best family vacation ever and we have booked up again for July! I cannot fault this accommodation, well equipped kitchen, beautiful rooftop seating area with sun beds, dining for 6, a lovely outdoor shower which is perfect for cooling down and a stunning hot tub to chill in as the sun sets. Thank you to the owner for sharing their wonderful home with us.

The only tiny issue we had was with the WiFi, which was very strong and fast when you were connected to it upstairs, but sadly, as soon as you went downstairs to the bedrooms it was too weak a signal to use it. That’s the only thing my kids grumbled about, but it did not ruin our stay or dampen our enjoyment in any way.

Kindly allowed us to leave our cases until check in time which was greatly appreciated. The apartment smelled wonderful and so did the bedding and the towels, so fresh. Can’t speak highly enough about the place. The views are second to none. Terrace was well equipped. Took full advantage of the hot tub and the outdoor shower was hot too! Fab having a dishwasher as well as the washing machine. Sabrina was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We had one of the best stays in Costa Teguise that we have ever had and no doubt return!

Our host, Sabrina, was in touch before we travelled for any questions and queries. The apartment is a 10 minute stroll from bars, restaurants and the seafront, 5 minutes from a supermarket. Beautiful views of both the sea and the mountains from the large terrace (sunny all day). Although there is no access to a swimming pool, the jacuzzi is beautiful!
