Penthouse con Jacuzzi

The view and location are excellent. The facilities are good however a few of the appliances did not work. The beds were comfortable and lots of storage space. Microwave excellent and made up for the oven not working. Just a few points that may make the apartment worthy of it's beautiful view. Anyone who stays here will return as mostly very good

There was no washing machine, having one would of made score a 10. Oven and extractor fan over hob did not work. There was no mop to clean floors whilst we were there or to use before we left. The shower head could do with updating and the outside shower could do with a little maintenance as water only trickles out Some of the furnishings could do with updating just to bring the whole place up-to-date.

Il terrazzo non aveva ombra,ma mi han detto che per l'anno prossimo ci sarà una zona coperta.

The layout was great

There was only 1 set of keys for 6 people no fans for the rooms and no shade for the solarium as awning was broken and no welcome book on how to use items I think the property could do with a update on some areas

My kids and I feel like we have found a second home in Costa Teguise, it felt so comfortable and homely. The penthouse definitely has stunning views of Costa Teguise, but it is also well equipped and extremely comfortable too. I wouldn’t say luxurious, but I preferred that it had more of a warm, friendly, homely vibe to it. They beautiful touches round the place (art work) and ornaments etc all add to the charm of the penthouse. It is a perfect location for both Playa Bastian (7 min walk) and Las Cucharas (15 minute walk), plus there are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants close to both beaches too. This has been our best family vacation ever and we have booked up again for July! I cannot fault this accommodation, well equipped kitchen, beautiful rooftop seating area with sun beds, dining for 6, a lovely outdoor shower which is perfect for cooling down and a stunning hot tub to chill in as the sun sets. Thank you to the owner for sharing their wonderful home with us.

The only tiny issue we had was with the WiFi, which was very strong and fast when you were connected to it upstairs, but sadly, as soon as you went downstairs to the bedrooms it was too weak a signal to use it. That’s the only thing my kids grumbled about, but it did not ruin our stay or dampen our enjoyment in any way.
