Cozy Near Mall SM Fairview Trees Residences Quezon City

All great.

Indeed a very cozy stay, one room plus kitchen and bathroom. All the necessary amenities are there and you can comfortably stay in the apartment even for longer stays like I did for about 3 weeks. It is close to SM mall, can be reached by grab services very well and is also nearby to general necessities, like a laundry service or Alfamart. In general, any location like this, where the people are welcoming, the atmosphere is good and also clean. All of that together was, what made my stay this awesome.

If I had to mention one thing, it's the registration with the residences management. Honestly it was a bit intimidating at first. Still, the process was easy due to the home owners preparations and guidance. There was also some instructions missing for entry to the apartment, due to an digital lock at the door. But in a quick and fast communication with the host, everything was cleared up very fast. As both of it was resolved very fast to my convenience during my stay, I did not reduce any rating here. Instead, I would increase the rating for serviceability, if it was possible.

It is convenient to the malls

The smart lock is not very friendly, or maybe just me. Because I don’t usually use SL. But overall the place is good.
