It was clean and quiet
The heater in the shower wasn’t working during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. Upon checkout, no one from the property came to inspect the unit—unlike the usual process in most transient accommodations. Later on, we were informed about a small damage on the sofa, which we barely even used. We couldn’t recall bringing or using anything that could have caused it, yet we were still charged a small amount. While we understand the need to maintain the property, it would have been much fairer if the inspection had been done while we were still there, so we could clarify things on the spot.
