I would definitely stay here once again

The apartment is perfect! It has absolutely everything that would be needed. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw beverages in the fridge. I also liked big bathtub and capacity of boiler which allows to take a bath with no problem. Location is also great, the apartment is near a railway (≈12 minutes by foot), city center (≈7-10 minutes by foot). The street is quiet. There's a supermarket and ATM in 2 minutes.

Great location. Really close to city center. Cozy appartment with everything you might need. Supermarket right across the street. Quiet area. Really cozy balcony with a view over the city!

The shower is only hand-held, with no support on the wall. The curtains in the bedroom don't block the sunlight. Not a big problem for us though.

Great location, just 8 minutes walk from city center. Comfortable bed, small details, lovely view from the balkony. Everything tidy and thoughtfully placed.

Amazing host and beautiful place to stay

Wonderful apartment with all facilities you need. Additionally it was very nice to have free drinks, coffee, tea, bath things and more to use and expand comfort of the stay. The balcony is very nice with beautiful view The host is amazing and very friendly, check in and check out were on time!

The only thing that was not very good - is a mattress on the bed, it was not very comfortable to sleep on it

Gotovo sve... Predivan smestaj,veoma brz i jednostavan dogovor ispunjena sva ocekivanja.Toliki je lep i prijatan smestaj , veom cesto sam u Subotici ovo je jedan od najboljih smestaja gde sam ikad bio.Hvala gospodji Danijeli na gostoprimstvu , stvarno sve pohvale i svaka preporuka.

Alojamiento insuperable!!! Moderno, bonito, limpio, con una decoración preciosa y todo todo lo que necesitas, no le falta de nada. La ubicación es inmejorable (a pocos minutos andando del centro), dispone de una pequeña terraza con unas vistas increíbles. Fácil aparcamiento gratuito. Y la propietaria está pendiente en todo momento de todas necesidades, y tremendamente comprensible (cometí un error al realizar el pago y me dió muchas facilidades para subsanar mi error). Recomendable al 1000%

Predivan doček, kao da ste kod kuće

Presladak stan, prelijepa terasa i pogled sa terase. Doček odličan, nekoliko vrsta kafe, čajeva, sokovi, voda, slatkiši. Stan ima sva moguća sredstva i kozmetiku koju možete da zamislite. Ako bilo šta zaboravite, ne morate da brinete, u apartmanu to postoji. Čisto i uredno. Vidi se da je uloženo mnogo truda.

Хозяйка прекрасная, апартаменты комфортные. Пожелание - добавить стиральную машину.

Прекрасное расположение и вид с балкона. До центра очень близко. Мы, собственно, везде, кроме Палича, ходили пешком. В апартаментах достаточно места, удобная кровать, санузел. Приятной неожиданностью было много бесплатных продуктов и напитков, которыми мы могли воспользоваться. Это было и приятно, и очень кстати, т.к. когда мы приехали, магазины не работали. Также огромный плюс данного места, что есть всё: мыло, шампунь, кондиционер, туалетная бумага, ватные палочки и даже прокладки.

Для длительного пребывания нам не хватило стиральной машины.

Замечательное место!

Очень понравилась студия! Современная, мебель и техника. Чисто, уютно. Чего там только нет, начиная с кофеварки, заканчивая новыми зубными счетками, бритвами и средствами гигиены. В холодильнике бесплатно были напитки (даже ракия), конфеты, чай, кофе - все есть. А вид с террасы шикарный! Жаль, я попала в непогоду, поэтому посидеть там не получилось. Хозяйка очень приятная женщина, все показала, встретила. Когда мне не хватило утюга, она купила и принесла отпариватель. Посоветовала, куда сходить и где поесть. Я очень довольна квартирой и отношением.

Apartman je veoma lep. Domaćica je mislila na svaki detalj i osećali smo se kao kod svoje kuće ☺️ Sve je bilo uredno, čisto i sa stilom. Sigurno ćemo se opet vratiti.
