Nice stay in Subotica

The apartment is really nice, large, very clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped, making cooking a breeze. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. Nikola is a wonderful host, we had small issues during our stay, but he always responded quickly and helped us to resolve them.

Unfortunately, we experienced issues with the internet connection, which was the provider problem, and the building's soundproofing was inadequate. We could hear our neighbors on both sides. However, this is clearly an issue that the host cannot resolve.

We liked to stay here.

It is a new and very clean apartment on the 3rd floor. (There is an elevator in the staircase.) The kitchen is fully equipped. The downtown is in a walking distance. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the building. (Open until 21 h.). Wi-Fi is strong enough if you ask Nicola for the password. The parking is free. What else do you need?

There is no private (closed) parking available, just public parking in front of the building or in the neighboring streets which were said to be safe.

Looks like a brand new apartment. Loved the decoration, the coffee maker and the tv. The addition of plants makes it feel very homey. Very easy distance on foot from the city center.

Smeštaj je potpuno ispunio očekivanja! Apartman je veoma čist, lepo uređen i opremljen svim neophodnim uređajima i posuđem. Lokacija je odlična, a parking smo bez problema pronašli ispred ulaza u zgradu. Komunikacija sa domaćinom bila je brza i prijatna. Topla preporuka!

Классная квартира в новом доме в Дудовой шуме. Чистая, все для жизни было в наличии. Хозяин очень доброжелательный и приятный в общении молодой парень Никола, готов был решить любые проблемы, а его собака - вообще огонь! )) Супермаркет MAXI находился прямо в этом доме, что очень удобно! Район тихий и спокойный. До центра 10-15 минут пешком!
