We spend in this apartment two week,and feel like at home.The apartment are clean and tide,and have everything what you need.The bad was extremely comfortable,what is important for us.The town center is 5 min walk.You have two TV in this apartment,one in the bedroom,and one in the living room. The owner(Žana)is very helpful and kind person.We highly recommend this apartment.

My genuine recommendation

The apartment is in an amazing location, approximately 3 minutes from the town centre. Lifted ground floor level will make sure you have no hustle around the stairs. It is spacious and clean with plenty of convinient details included such as shoe brush, coffee bags, soaps, and many many other bits and things which will make your staying even more comfortable.

Very good location: near the Synagogue, nice green avenue. Pleasant staff. There were toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, individual soap), slippers, ironing board and iron, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, some spices for cooking, portioned coffee, cooking utensils, air conditioning as heating. The apartment was clean and cosy.

The sheets was very poor quality: synthetic and rough. The bed itself with the mattress sagging to the center. So it wasn’t comfortable sleep.

Excellent price-quality ratio. Everything is clean, comfortable, the location is excellent. I must mention that the host of the accommodation is extremely kind and I recommend this accommodation to absolutely everyone who goes to Subotica.

Exceptional

The apartment is located at an excellent location - Subotica Synagogue & the open market are just around the corner and it’s one beautiful trees lined street away from the city hall. During my stay in the summer time, the windows have a beautiful view of layers of lush green leaves dancing under the golden sunlight thru out the daytime. I slept well in the bed there. Most importantly, Xana is a nice and diligent host who made this stay a very pleasant experiences. She also provides powder & capsules for the washer, which not every stay provides. Wifi was fast during my stay.

The street sounds and traffic can be heard if the windows are open, but it’s completely quiet once they’re closed. During my stay, I didn’t hear any sound from the neighbor, which probably indicates the good sound proof of the building.

Great apartment with lovely friendly host.

The location was great as it is close to the main square and also good supermarkets. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. The young lady who checked us in was really lovely and very helpful. There were even lots of tourist information leaflets to help plan our visit. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Location is perfect, near the city centre. Žana provided us a private parking space, but you can park for free on the street too. The apartment is ok, very clean, got everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent bed!

Loud music from the nearby restaurant during the weekend, but closing the windows solved that problem.

Lep i zaista dobro opremljem apartman, u njemu ima sve što je potrebno za boravak. Lokacija savršena, na samo par minuta šetnje od samog centra grada. Vlasnica je jako prijatna. Iskrene preporuke za rezervaciju ovog apartmana.

強いていえば、シャワーや洗面台の排水の流れがスムーズになれば完璧なのだが。この宿だけでなく、日本の平均的なホテルに比べて、他国の宿泊施設のシャワーや洗面台の排水はスムーズではない。

Városközponthoz közel jól felszerelt földszinti lakás. Piac, éttermek a közelben. Több napra is kényelmes 2-3 főnek is kiváló lakás. Szállásadó segítőkész. Parkolás hétköznap az utcán fizetős, de megoldható belső udvarba a beállás. Mi csak átaludtunk, de hosszabb tartózkodáshoz is jó megoldás: A konyhában tűzhely és mikró is van, mosógép is rendelkezésre áll. TV a nappaliban és hálóban is van, jó a WIFI.

Nincs terasz és nem fogad kisállatot.

Sve pohvale i preporuke za smeštaj, gazdaricu i lokaciju.

Sve mi se dopalo. Gazdarica prijatna mlada žena, gostoljubiva, srdačna. Lokacija je fantastična. Mirno, a u centru grada. Na parkingu uvek mesta, ispod prozora nam bio auto. Sve čisto, mirišljavo sa osnovnim potrebama za boravak. Doćićemo opet sigurno, kad nam vreme dozvoli.
