Acton Central apartment

The apartment was warm and spacious. The location was perfect for visiting family. Sainsbury is close. Good coffee shops nearby. Excellent nail and hair salon next door.

We stayed here twice over Christmas, and while the property itself is comfortable, communication with the management company was lacking. During our first stay, we notified them that the listed Wi-Fi password was incorrect and even provided the correct one, but nothing was updated — the wrong password was still shown on our second visit. There’s no dishwasher, yet dishwashing tablets were provided. The coffee pods supplied didn’t fit the coffee machine, which was disappointing. Also, there’s no hairdryer available, though fortunately there’s an excellent salon right next door — Sylvia gives a marvelous blow-dry. Overall, a pleasant stay, but the management’s lack of attention to detail and communication could use improvement.

Great location, warm, great shower, clean, good size. Easy access.

Some hangers might have come in handy. More pillows would have been good. Bigger bin bags would have been useful.

L'emplacement est très bien, non loin des commerces, cafés, bus station et overground à 5 minutes, underground à 15 minutes. L'appartement est à première vue correct a nos attentes.

Les articles de toilette se résument à un savon pour les mains rendant un passage obligatoire dans les magasins. Le canapé lit ne se déplie pas ( bloqué ? )notre grand ado à été obligé de dormir sur le canapé. La propreté du couvre lit est très douteuse et des draps traînent en boule dans le tiroir de la commode. Une notice d'accueil serait également bienvenue concernant le chauffe eau . Notre expérience à été un peu contrariée par l'oubli des clés dans l'appartement à 09:00 du matin ( portes avec auto fermeture sans clés) et une impossibilité pour la société de gardiennage de nous réouvrir...sans faire appel à un serrurier qui arrivera à 21:15 le soir avec un double de clés moyennant 80£ pour une action de 30 secondes !!!
