Good equipment and easy location for access to London.
Maintenance was not great - fire alarm beeping constantly due to low battery (we had to climb up to take it down ourselves 😕), no plug in either sink, TV not working, some drawers and cupboards with damaged hinges. Staff were pleasant but nothing actually got resolved. Pity that these things could be solved and the experience in the apartment top class.

Location and nice and quiet.
No AC
No wine glasses but these were produced when we asked, very quickly.
