Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, clean, modern comfortable fully equipped apartment. Easy access to central London, and shops nearby. Wifi in the apartment was fast and reliable.

Being sent two links to confirm when I only booked one apartment. And then being 'harassed' by email and message to confirm those links even though it would have resulted in a more than GBP1200 penalty from Bookings.com. Despite providing evidence that I had not booked two apartments (not accidentally, nor by mistake), I had to deal with a mad electronic loop on both the Bookings website and in conversation with StayCozy about why I am not going to click on the second link and claim my penalty money back. They eventually left me alone

Terriffic staff. Great room. Amazing view. Phenomenal facilities. This was hands-down my best experience in London. And I was flabbergasted by the staff - warm, genuine, receptive and helpful - we had an issue with the oven at 2:30 in the morning and I wrote to them - expecting an answer in the morning… they responded within 5 minutes and helped me resolve it. 10/10 with no second thoughts!
