I loved the quality of the bed the room the gym , the staff , the equipment like the cinema , co-working etc….

I never received any cleaning service during my 12-day stay in this room. When I arrived, the mattress cover was dirty and had blood stains on it. After sending multiple emails to have the situation resolved, they eventually provided me with new sheets. However, I had to change the bedding and make the bed myself, as the cleaner could only come the following day. Without all my messages and follow-ups, I could have ended up sleeping in those blood-stained sheets that night. I found the whole situation extremely disappointing and felt completely abandoned throughout my stay, especially as I had to repeatedly chase them to resolve basic issues. Even for the refund that had been promised, I had to contact Booking myself to claim it. Fortunately, everything was eventually refunded before I left.

The staff were fantastic — welcoming, friendly and always happy to help, which really made the stay. Great location too, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance and the tube nearby for getting into central London. The studio was clean, modern and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and everything we needed. Excellent value.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, clean, modern comfortable fully equipped apartment. Easy access to central London, and shops nearby. Wifi in the apartment was fast and reliable.
