De locatie in een groene, rustige wijk van Londen, de ruimtes in het appartement, compleet met eigen keuken (+basisbenodigheden) en badkamer (alles zeer schoon), de mogelijkheid beneden te eten/drinken zonder overlast vd zeer gezellige pub, de bereikbaarheid met de Elisabethline (en de bus, maar geen gebruik van gemaakt).
We moesten zelf vragen om een derde stoel, beddengoed (en zelf de bedbank opmaken) en handdoeken voor de derde gast, terwijl we voor drie geboekt hadden.
