Private Studio Extension with Bathroom and Kitchen

It’s a self contained living space. A converted garage with toilet shower and small kitchen.

It is small but private and cosy, very self contained and everything you need for a stay in London. We were out most the time so didn't need a lot of space. The location is superb in a lovely quiet suburban area, grocery store, restaurants, train station short walk away, not a chore to get to even with luggage in tow. The owner was very kind and kept in touch with the details of our stay and made us feel welcome to ask questions. It was very nice, I would stay here again.

It was small for three people in this summer heat. The third person in our party decided not to stay overnight because we would have to step over/on the pull out bed to get to the loo and it would be too hot with three people and no windows. We had to keep the front and back doors open when we were in during the day for ventilation during the heatwave but couldn't do that overnight.

Clean throughout, really comfortable beds. Lots of helpful things like hairdryer, plenty of linen, well equipped kitchen. Great to have our own entrance and we came and went as we pleased. About 2 mins from the Co-op and 3 mins from the underground. Brilliant!

Not really any windows apart from at the back door but so pleasant inside that I didn't really mind.

The accommodation was easy to access and we had excellent communication with the owner. Its small but cosy, with all the amenities you need, the beds are comfy, but it would be difficult to pull them out for 4 to sleep. The area is quiet, EV charging next to the Coop about 100 yards away, free parking at the weekend but the owners did let me park on the drive when charges applied before we left on the Monday.

The property is a garage conversion, which is fine as it contains everything you need. It could do with a little update, the front door can be tricky to close, new towels as they look like castoffs from the main house. The shower was broken for 2 out of the 4 days, we managed with pans of hot water as you want to freshen up after a long travel. Jay offered the use of their shower when it couldn't be fixed. SO not a huge issue and wouldn't put me off stopping again.
