La posizione è fantastica. Sotto casa c'è la fermata della metro Wauxhall, e dietro il palazzo è presente un supermercato Tesco per le piccole spese. La vista dal salone è superlativa con un ampio spazio per la convivialità . Ci sono 3 bagni e tre camere da letto (2 bagni sono in camera e 1 bagno in corridoio) . la cucina è dotata dell'essenziale per cucinare. In ogni caso se manca qualcosa basta chiedere.
L'appartamento è bellissimo ma ha necessità di una manutenzione regolare, basta poco. La cosa che è stata assegnata alla gestione..

La ubicación, con el metro y el muelle a un paso, y buen servicio de autobuses. Las vistas son impresionantes. Y el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar

✅ شقة شخصية للتأجير بمجمع سكني على نهر التايمز . ✅ إطلالة جميلة على نهر التايمز مع شرفة جيدة . ✅ القرب من المواقع الحيوية والمترو . ✅ صالة واسعة بجلسات مريحة . ✅ يوجد شطاف بدورات المياه . ✅ مطبخ متكامل وواسع مع توفر أجهزة حديثة .
❌ تكييف متنقل بغرف النوم فقط ، ولكن للاسف بصوت مزعج . ❌ الشقة في حاجة ماسة إلى الصيانة الروتينية . ❌ اللوكيشن الموجود في بوكينج غير صحيح . ❌ لا يوجد خدمة تنظيف أو خدمة للشقق . ❌ لايوجد موقف للسيارة أو حتى للتاكسي الا خارج المجمع السكني رغم وجود قبو كبير للمواقف . ❌ لايوجد عزل بالغرف فالغرف مبنية بقواطع جيبسمبورد. ❌ التعليمات والشروط المرسلة بعد تأكيد الحجز غير مناسبة لسائح وكان يلزم توضح في موقع بوكينج .
