Good location, nice and clean, decent kitchen. Hotel pools are very nice.

The property was good, the checking in process was stressful. We weren’t aware that the property is not affiliated with the hotel, so were late checking in as we had to wait for a rep to come and provide us keys. He also insisted we pay the balance of the bill in cash, which was advised in advance at the bottom of a long message, so easy to miss. It made the start of our holiday quite stressful.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, it was lovely and clean on arrival and had everything in it that we could want,

Our only downside was on the last day we had to check out by 11am but didn’t fly till 8pm, we enquired about luggage hold and was asked to ask at reception, when we did, the lady on reception would not allow us to use the facility as she said we were from the bungalows not the apartments, she was rather rude in the ways she spoke to us, and meant we had to wander round for 7 hours with a young child and all our luggage, this made our last day very unpleasant.
