We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).
The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it.
Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in hours start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. If any guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.
Accommodation:
Located in the Heart of the Adeje Coast (Playa de las Américas). Beautiful apartment with an exclusive design furnished in a modern style with first class materials, right on the beachfront.
The apartment has a spacious living room with a dining table (space for six people) and a fully equipped open kitchen (crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer...), a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV with ultra-fast fiber.
Two large bedrooms with a double bed, SMART TV and full bathrooms with showers in both. One of them overlooks the beach and the other overlooks an open patio.
The apartment also has a washing machine and FREE WIFI available to guests.
The space is designed for groups of workers/teleworking (SMARTWORKING) or large families and groups of friends.
The complex has an elevator. It does not have parking.

We are in the heart of the Costa de Adeje. In front of Playa de las Americas. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and pubs (also at night) where our guests can spend charming evenings.

There are some major caveats to this, but the place was mostly worth what we paid for. The biggest exception to this, was that there was no AC, and that should have been made more clear in the listing. This fact could have been remedied with fans, but the space had only one working fan, and even then it was not very good (keep in mind this is for two rooms and a living room). The location is clearly meant for tourists, which has positives and negatives; not far from many places to eat and go out, but many lowlifes.Overall, probably wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re broke and willing to be incredibly uncomfortable in the heat.
