Sarah was lovely , very helpful. Great location close to bars and restaurants . Literally 2 minute walk. 10 minute walk from Costa Adeji bus station Quiet at night.

In need of redecorating, looking very tired. Uncomfortable bed. No parasol just a stand. Only one sun lounger. One of the three patio chairs was broken. Lack of English channels on TV. Directions to find bungalow were extremely difficult to follow.

Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Gut erklärt, einfach zu bedienen. Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über alle Geräte, die man auch zuhause hat ink. Geschirr, Spühlmittel, Tücher. Im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Zudem Bügeleisen und Brett, Schränke, Kommoden, mehrere Hand und Duschtücher. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Sofa, Esstisch, TV. Die Terrasse war ziemlich gross. Ausgestattet mit Liegestühlen, Tisch und Stühle, Wäschetrockner. Sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Pool im Hof. Der nächste Strand ist nur ca 5 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt mehrere Strände in der Nähe. Ganz viele Restaurants und cafés. Einige Supermärkte ebenfalls. Ein Einkaufszentrum ca 20 min Fussweg. Ca 10 min Fussweg von einer zentralen Bushaltestelle (Costa Adeje). Vom Teneriffa Süd Airport ca 25-30 min Fahrt, mit dem Auto unter 20 min. Diana, die Betreuerin, ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Preisleistungsverhältniss mehr als faire. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The price-quality ratio is excellent. One thing we especially appreciated was that the apartment stayed pleasantly cool, even during warm days, so it was always comfortable inside. In the evenings, we could enjoy the beautiful sunshine and relax. The location is also fantastic, with everything you need nearby. The apartment was also exceptionally well equipped. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay: plenty of kitchenware and utensils, a blender, an iron and ironing board, extra clean towels, and even a variety of sun protection and after-sun products, which was a very thoughtful touch. It felt like the owners had genuinely considered every detail to make guests feel at home. The management team was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. They made the check-in process easy and smooth and were always quick to respond whenever we had any questions. Their helpfulness and professionalism made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. During our stay, there was some unexpected renovation work in a neighboring property, which unfortunately created noise and caused some inconvenience. However, the owner was very understanding and responsive. As a gesture of goodwill for the disturbance, she refunded €50, which we truly appreciated. It showed that she genuinely cared about her guests’ experience and satisfaction. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

bathroom equipment is a bit outdated

On arrival, our keys were not in the lockbox. Before arrival, a text was received instructing us not to take any other keys! In fairness, after a call, this was quickly resolved. The following day, the cleaners had to come in and clean the ceiling fan as it was filthy. Later the same day the toilet was blocked and the contents were over the bathroom, hall and bedroom. A few hours later we were offered alternative accommodation. This was smaller than the original accommodation. I found the bed very uncomfortable and didn't sleep well the entire holiday. The rental company have loads of photos of various properties, it's unclear what you have booked.
