Mutsumi Shinimamiya 501 むつみ庵新今宮 501

Our stay at Mutsumi Shinimamiya 501 was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The location is outstanding—just a very short walk to JR Shin-Imamiya Station and Dobutsuen-Mae Metro Station, making commuting around Osaka extremely convenient. The station also provides coin lockers, which was very helpful when we arrived early before check-in time. The property is surrounded by daily conveniences, with two FamilyMart stores nearby, making it easy to get food and essentials at any time. The unit itself is very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We made full use of the kitchen for cooking, and all utensils, plates, bowls, and cutlery were more than sufficient for our group. The sleeping arrangement was excellent—the beds comfortably accommodated six people, and the host kindly provided additional tatami mattresses for extra guests. The presence of a washing machine was a big plus, allowing us to travel light, and the bathroom drying facility made laundry very convenient. The dining table comfortably seats six, making it perfect for family meals together.

通天閣から徒歩で行ける立地と2泊3日にも関わらず料金の安さがとても良いです！素泊まり感覚で利用するならば充分かと思います！

暖房がなかなか効かず暖まりが遅く部屋の中でも上着は着てました。お風呂の排水溝の流れが悪く排水出来て無かったので確認してみるとゴミネットに詰まりがありました。 キッチンの換気扇はほぼ吸わず匂いのある食べ物はしばらく残ってます。
