The Railway Cottage

The property was excellent everything was spotlessly clean and well looked after. We absolutely loved the hot tub, it was perfect to relax in. The white sheets were so fresh and the beds very comfortable, we slept really well. Every little thing we needed was provided, no shortages at all. The location is great too - not too far from the beach, an easy walk even with our kids, which made it even better. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Cottage was very modern and beautifully furnished. The layout was amazing it just suited our needs.

One thing I would suggest is a bigger (very visible) sign for the downstairs bedroom saying MIND THE STEP. My mum stayed in this room, she has alzheimers and not great on her feet. Consequently we had to keep reminding her about the step down. There was a very very small message above the door but it's not really visible.

The location means everything is within walking distance (no more than 0.8 mile) to the tram, less to the beach or shops. The accomodation was well presented, the baby gate on top of the stairs was great, loved the black out blinds, the bedside lights were so great we will likely be looking to buy the same. Everything was clean, the hottub was great with the garden being secluded and not overlooked, the lighting at night was really pretty. I liked being able to park the cars and close the gate. The showers were lovely!

The very short lane to the property appears narrower than it is, it was managed in our kia sportage with room to spare, we just took our time.
