A wonderful stay in a great location.

Wonderful use of small space to accommodate two separate sleepers. Location is excellent - easy walking distance to old town.

Solo traveller would return

The host was there to greet and ensure i was set.. very nice. Clean (mind a few. corners and scratched walls) stocked coffee, blackout blinds responsive to requests. Easy to identify building with blue color. Is a bit of a busy street for car traffic but settles. Easy 10-15 min walk to Centro. I wanted to be in a regular neighborhood and this fit the bill. I felt safe as a solo single. I would recommend. Overall good value.

A modern and beautiful apartment in a great location

The property was clean, sleek and modern. The bed was very comfortable and access to the property was easy and no hassle.

The only complaint I would have if I had to think of one was the small gap under the main door which allowed a small amount of light in at night. However, this wasn’t an issue as we used a towel to cover this gap.

Friendly and clean place with excellent facilities. The owner is cordial, helpful, and most importantly, stays in touch before and during the stay. He explains everything factually and cordially. On-site the gentleman taking care of the apartments is a very nice man. He is helpful, hard-working, and cordial. The place is in a good location from the beach, the center, the bus stop, and the train station. There is also a famous market nearby. I recommend this place without hesitation. It was a perfect shot!

Naprosto vynikající. Předčilo naše očekávání. Rádi se vrátíme a doporučíme našim známým.

Zařízení bylo nové, čisté, příjemné, perfektně odpovídalo mému vkusu (mám ráda IKEA věci). Měli jsme okna do vnitrobloku, takže jsme vůbec neslyšely ruch ulice. K dispozici bylo vše, co jsme potřebovali (lednice, konvice, nádobí, sušák, fén a dokonce i odličovací tampóny). Dále byly k dispozici myčka a pračka (což jsme nevyužili). Do centra, na přístavní promenádu, tržnici, muzea i na pláž Malagueta jsme došli v pohodě pěšky, a ještě se při tom pokoukali po krásných uličkách a historických místech Málagy.

Nic mě nenapadá.

No cumple con las expectativas calidad-precio

La cama era grande y muy cómoda. Sábanas limpias y colcha y edredón eficaces contra el frío de enero. No se escuchaba ruido por la noche ni se percibía ningún olor desagradable. El apartamento quedaba muy cerca del centro, a 10 - 25 min andando de cualquier punto clave de la ciudad, con muchas tiendas y supermercados cercanos para hacer la compra. La reposición de papel higiénico, servilletas y toallas se hacía de forma eficaz, solo había que avisar por mensaje o al equipo de limpieza. La cocina y su menaje estaban bastante completos y, en su mayoría, funcionaban perfectamente. La tele funcionaba bastante bien.

Tuvimos algunos problemas. Con el baño: - El lavabo goteaba (aunque vinieron a arreglarlo con rápidez). - El agua se salía de la ducha, el desagüe no tragaba bien. Con la cocina: - La campana extractora no tragaba bien todo el vapor y los muebles de la cocina acababan mojados y goteando. - El diseño del tapón colador del desagüe de la cocina hacía que se quedara atascado con facilidad y costase mucho sacarlo. - La lavadora lavaba correctamente, pero los programas de secado no. Además, echamos de menos algo de espacio para almacenar la ropa, más allá de 5 perchas en una barrita detrás del espejo.

Esta bien equipado,y bastante bien situado. El chico de mantenimiento esta por las mañanas y pendiente de si necesitas algo

Super appartement

Très propre, hote très arrangeant pour l'heure d'arrivée, logement pas bruyant du tout même s'il est sur la rue, quartier tranquille, bien équipé, bonne douche.

Un peu petit dans l'entrée, mais c'est un détail mineur. Un peu excentré, mais comme nous sommes de bons marcheurs, nous nous en accomodions (un taxi de la Malagueta a l'appartement coute entre 5 et 7 euros, ce qui n'est rien surtout si vous êtes plusieurs).

Contacto ágil con la directiva del hotel, son muy atentos con las particularidades que requería durante mi estancia, recibí la información muy bien detallada de cómo acceder, dentro solía estar una persona muy amable de mantenimiento, todo muy limpio. 100% recomendable.

Gli appartamenti sono nuovi e quindi in ottime condizioni. La posizione poi è un vantaggio: sono vicini al centro, ma non immersi nella confusione tipica dei centri città.

Aggiungerei un armadio o comunque un qualcosa dove alloggiare i vestiti (cassettiera, piccolo guardaroba...); la soluzione proposta al memoneto si rivela davvero molto scrana per riporre i vestiti.

Heerlijk verblijf in Málaga – Capuchinos 31

De kamer waarin ik verbleef was comfortabel en goed uitgerust, met twee ruime tweepersoonsbedden – ideaal voor een ontspannen weekendje weg of een langer verblijf. De keuken was volledig ingericht, wat het makkelijk maakte om zelf te koken, en de badkamer had een grote, moderne douche die echt een pluspunt was. Wat ik persoonlijk erg waardeerde, waren de rolluiken en airco: ze zorgden voor een aangename nachtrust, zelfs op warme dagen. De locatie is rustig, net buiten het drukke centrum, maar toch op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden, winkels en restaurants. Alles is makkelijk te bereiken te voet, wat het verblijf extra ontspannen maakt. Kortom: mijn kamer bood alles wat ik nodig had voor een zorgeloos verblijf in Málaga. Een fijne plek waar ik zeker nog eens zou willen terugkomen.

Struttura nuova e confortevole

Struttura nuova, ben ristrutturata e comoda. Self check-in super apprezzato, senza dover avere chiavi con sè. Ho apprezzato molto anche il fatto che ci fossero le tapparelle per ben oscurare la luce esterna e riposare bene. Zona tranquilla non distante dal centro.

Luce del bagno molto molto brillante effetto ospedale che soprattutto di prima mattina non è piacevole accendere per gli occhi abituati al buio della notte, non ci sono altre luci più soft in bagno.

Excelente apartamento, todo el menaje es nuevo y en excelente estado, muy limpio, muy tranquilo, no hay bulla exterior, ni interior, el colchón excelente, igual el baño muy limpio, el tamaño fue suficiente para dos personas, el conserje muy amable, la ubicación es buena.

Cama cómoda, apartamento con mucho menaje de cocina y reformado hace poco tiempo. Tiene todo lo que esperas de un apartamento, incluyendo aire acondicionado.

Ruidos de los vecinos, que eran un poco maleducados con el altavoz a la 1am o a las 5am volviendo de fiesta. Parece que no había buen aislamiento.
