Stanford Stoepe

The house matches the description perfectly- in fact,the photos don't do it justice! It is spacious,the 2 bedrooms are a good size,with comfortable beds and lovely linen.The kitchen is fully fitted and leads out into the garden - we sat out on the back stoep in the mornings,enjoying our coffee and watching the birds and,occasionally, a neighbourhood cat passing through.. All communication is via Ansie,who is very friendly and helpful - such a pleasure to deal with her! We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

The following points are good to know,but in no way affected our enjoyment of the place - The 2nd bathroom does not have a walk-in shower,just a bath with hand shower - A couple of comfortable garden chairs on the back stoep would be nice - Only one side of the parking area has shade cloth covering.

Large, clean and had all the amenities needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. No tv means we played cards and enjoyed the quiet weekend away from tech

Burglar bars around the house kinda makes one think it could be unsafe, although we felt fine inside and the property does have security beams.

Really stunning property! Everything had been thought of from the design to the coffee. Beautiful garden and lovely location - very peaceful
