Good location, near to town centre. Cabin was very clean. Didn’t like the driveway and access on to

Breakfast wasn’t included. Beautiful view over Pukekohe. Quiet location. Cabin was very clean.

No milk in the fridge. Very hot weather, so an air conditioner would have been good. The driveway was terrible, and the main road was busy, so getting on to it was difficult.

Perfect for our needs

Great location, good size for us , beds were comfortable, good water pressure. Liked that it had functioning kitchen, and appreciated fridge space for Xmas. I liked that the tv was already connected to wifi, and good access to wifi. Thank you

Better the warmer the weather

It was quiet close to where we were visiting -very private a reasonable price

It was hard to find on a dangerous road with a very rough driveway. The unit was cold with seemingly no insulation- would be better in warmer weather - no milk in fridge (first place o have ever stayed without a token milk supply)

Overall, it’s a beautiful and peaceful spot with lots of potential

The location was absolutely lovely — tucked away among the trees with regular visits from rosellas and plenty of afternoon sunshine. It was so peaceful, with the sound of crickets in the evenings adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The layout of the space was great and really made the most of the setting.

There were a few small things that could be improved. Communication before check-in could have been a bit better — I reached out the day before arrival but didn’t get a response. The driveway does have a few large potholes that would benefit from being filled in. The shower drain struggled a little to keep up with the water flow, and one of the shower heads was missing. The exterior could also use a quick tidy-up, as there were quite a few spiders (a few made it inside). The double bed was quite firm — some might like that, but it wasn’t the most comfortable for us. It did get quite chilly overnight, and the single extra blanket wasn’t quite enough. The sheets and duvet covers also didn’t fit the bed very well.

Handy to Pukekohe

The host was very responsive when we needed to call them about the key when we arrived. The place had a rural feel to it. It has fly screens on most windows and is clean and modern.

The beds were firm and there were not enough blankets. There were no top sheets, just a duvet. The pillows were large and firm. There was no instruction folder for anything so we had trouble with the TV. We knew there would be no breakfast, but there was no milk either. Luckily we took our own milk, food, and pillows. It's best to find this place during the day.

Very happy to stay, so clean tidy and convenient, with quiet country feel.

Enjoyed the country feel - very quiet - gorgeous sunset on Saturday night! It was as clean and tidy and comfy as it could be. Secluded but easy access to town and motorways. Easy to recommend and we will happily stay there again. Really good outside lighting for late comings and goings. Was a tricky driveway to find but once found, it was easy.

I guess the only things that could be improved were more amenities like milk and coffee and tea bags?

European style bedding with just a bottom sheet and a duvet raised a question with the female guest as to whether the cover was washed freshly. Wall heater had no power connection Single bedroom had insufficient space to hang or place clothing

The sunsets were off the planet so stunning - beautiful views Was very handy to town - The peacefulness felt like we were in the country - had a fantastic shower was clean and tidy on arrival

Was hard to find - not having a top sheet on the bed was gross - cobwebs and bugs inside - ALOT of mouse poop under the sink - needed more pillows - the water pump kept goung iff every 10 minutes - we like having a tv in the bedroom - no curtains in the kitchen made it a bit uncomfortable as there is a house close by - a wee milk in the fridge would have been nice - electric blanket in winter would be nice as the heating wasnt adaquate and some blessed wee grasshopper sang at our bedroom window all night long

Very comfortable for our overnight stay

Issues with the door lock of the front door There was a sign on the door to turn the handle at a 90 angle and turn the key …masking tape or something handle..couldn’t open the door..after 5 mins after mucking around we rang the owner… he guided us how to hold the handle and key …why is this so hard ? And eventually we got in …lol I think they need to get a new lock on their door Apart from that …our stay was very comfortable
