The flat is renovated, clean, super accessible from the train station, easy to check in, perfectly located to explore the city, and quite affordable. Taking into account the perfect attitude and communication of the host, the accessibility and location and the condition of the flat, I'd highly recommend it.

A few things to notice, which also relate to other reviews here - there is indeed one flight of stairs in the last floor (4th to 5th). If you don't have accessibility issues, they're not that much. There was in my case an electricity outage in the area, which I discovered at 1am, coming back at the hotel. The hosts reacted instantly and gave me a refund for the night so I can find a hotel to sleep. A 10/10 host attitude for me is more important than anything else in accommodation!! Finally, whoever says they don't like the area, or that it's sketchy, are people who have not traveled enough in their lives. There's a train station nearby, and yes there are homeless people there. That's not a reason to consider an area sketchy. The area is perfectly fine!

Alloggio curato e pulito come in descrizione situato in uno stabile elegante esposto nella parte interna. Non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore durante le ore notturne. A due passi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova e vicino al centro raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi . Proprietario molto gentile, il check- in molto semplice e facile. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Odanın içerisi geniş ve kullanışlı. Klima odayı çok güzel soğutuyor ki kaldığım hafta torino inanılmaz sıcaktı bu çok iyi oldu. Çalışanlar ile iletişim iyiydi. Hızlı dönüş yaptılar. Konumu tren istasyonun hemen yanı fakat güvenli. Kapının önünde veya etrafta herhangi bir homeless görmedim. Şampuan gibi şeyler banyoya bırakılmış.

5. Kata kadar asansör ile sonrasında ise bir kat merdiven çıkılması gerekiyor yaklaşık 20 basamak. Merdiven kullanamayanlar için önemli bir detay. Çamaşır makinesini kullandım fakat içinden küf gibi bir koku geliyordu. Mecburen kullanmak zorunda kaldım fakat bu durum konaklama ne kadar ortalama olsa da benim aşırı midemi bulandırdı. Benim için aşırı önemli değil fakat dolaba jest olması açısından bir iki şişe su bırakılabilir. Kesinlikle bir boy aynası konulması lazım, böyle bir dairede bunun eksik olması hoş değil. Ve son olarak tesisi suçlamak noktasında emin değilim fakat bacağımda kırmızı kabarıklar oluştu ki bu bana pire vs olabilir mi diye düşündürdü. Ayrıca çarşaf, havlular vs bence düzgün yıkanmamıştı temiz değildi pek hoşlanmadım.
