    Good value , location is central, but sidewalks are difficult to walk. Traffic is generally very busy in this area. Staff is excellent, Hotel is clean, beds good. Highly recommend for all my fellow Canadians.

    Hotel is very secure. Staff is very helpful. We stayed in a Delux Double. Room was clean and very roomy. Bed is comfortable. Flooring in room is in bad shape, broken and warped pieces. Bathroom plumbing is not working well. Shower drain floods remaining floor. Sink takes a lot of time to drain.

    I’ll start with the positive; it was a great location right in the center of District 1…that’s where it ends. The pictures were beautiful; but when we arrived, it was downhill from there. Nothing was as advertised in the pictures. The room was extremely small just enough for a bed and a small warm fridge; no water pressure, and the AC barely pushed out any cold air., and the linen was old and torn in certain areas. We were exhausted from travel so we head to make do. We woke up early for breakfast, barely 45 minutes after breakfast had started, almost every pan was empty. The staff were not rude, but not very friendly either. When we asked for an iron, they said they only had two and both were broken, they promised me they would bring me an iron, but it was two days later. I wished I had more positive things to say, but I believe in being honest so others won’t have to go through with what me and my husband went through…VERY DISSAPOINTED!
