Oase van rust én ruimte

Fijne lichte grote ruimtes en práchtig uitzicht, heerlijk balkon! Huiselijke sfeer en voorzien van alle faciliteiten die nodig zijn. Het dagelijkse schouwspel van zonsopgang en zonsondergang is fenomenaal vanaf deze plek. We werden supergastvrij ontvangen door wat extra's voor ontbijt ivm onze aankomst rond middernacht. Francisco is bereid mee te denken in oplossingen en beschikbaar op de achtergrond. Heel fijn!

Bij harde wind hoor je veel geluiden van balkonplaten en harde tikken van het dak

Nos tocó el bonito, grande y cómodo apartamento del bajo. Limpio, amplio,camas comodas, mobiliario cuidado,con buen gusto y con detalles como café,aceite,toallas, secador (de los buenos) de pelo,gel,champu .....muy completo con salida directa a la piscina, preciosa terraza muy grande con comedor exterior con vistas a los jardines. Instalaciones geniales. Amplia plaza de garaje. Francisco muy amable y servicial. Nos ha encantado la casa!!! Recomendable 100%

Aunque va en gustos, la playa a escasos metros pero de piedra, hay que usar escarpines para poder estar. Playa de arena fina en el centro del pueblo (10' en coche)Esta todo cerca, súper, bares,comercios, el pueblo (precioso)... pero hay que coger el coche.

Una estancia súper agradable

Muy agregale y cómodo todo, es cierto que no podemos valorar el apartamento ya que por un problema técnico no estaba disponible cuando llegamos pero nos dieron el bajo con terraza y la verdad, hemos salido ganando. Francisco es muy cercano atento y profesional y está pendiente de que todo esté bien, tuvo el detalle de dejarnos unos detallitos que se agreden y marcan ese toque de diferencia. El piso es muy cómodo, silencioso, limpio y agradable, además de tener todos los servicios de la urba al alcance, con salida directa. Desde luego nos vamos con intención de repetir otro año.

Poco hay que no estuviese bien, hemos estado genial. Por decir algo, las almohadas son un poco duras, pero eso va por gustos.

Apartamento muy limpio y super completo.

El apartamento está muy bien cuidado y super limpio. Francisco está pendiente de cualquier recomendación o sugerencia que le digas. Te entrega el apartamento con muchísimos detalles que te hacen la estancia mucho más cómoda, como por ejemplo: aceite, sal, nevera fría, agua, papel higiénico, servilletas, jabón lavavajillas, gel, champú, etc. Dispone de a/a centralizado, dos tenderetes para secar la ropa, plancha, secador de pelo, lavadora y lavavajillas. Es una urbanización muy respetuosa en donde no se escucha ningún ruido ni de día ni de noche. A destacar que tampoco hay ningún insecto desagradable, ni tan siquiera en el garaje, salvo algún mosquito nocturno. Se nota que Francisco se preocupa para que el apartamento esté impecable. Lo recomiendo 100x100!

Heerlijk ruim schoon en heel net appartement. Alles was aanwezig wat je maar kan bedenken. Vaatwasser oven magnetron koffiezetapparaat föhn shampoo douche schuim schoonmaakspullen enz

De sleutel die je moet gebruiken om met de auto de poort te openen om het complex op te gaan en om de garage te openen zou handiger zijn met afstandsbediening maar als je eenmaal wist hoe het werkte ging het eigenlijk ook prima 👌

Un lugar muy cómodo.

El apartamento tiene unas vistas increíbles y la urbanización está genial. Además, el piso es muy espacioso, está muy limpio, tiene todos los equipamientos necesarios para estar cómodos y está bien conectado con el tranvía. Seguidamente destacar la amabilidad, disponibilidad y flexibilidad del propietario el cual estuvo muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

Por la ubicación el coche se presta muy útil, bien es verdad que también el tren está a 5 minutos. Lo dicho, sin pegas de ninguna clase.
