Our place is an absolute dream location and the balcony overlooking the most serene part of the beach in Cherry Grove. Spend your day searching tide pools for good finds or fishing in the Atlantic Ocean. When arriving at the property you will have one parking space in our dedicated parking lot. You will have (1) parking pass waiting on you inside the condo for your vehicles. Located on the 3rd floor of Ocean View Villas and directly on The Cherry Grove Point. This low-rise building offers easy access to the beach, though there is no elevator, so stairs are required.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, with towels and washcloths waiting for you inside each bathroom. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.

Location and view was fantastic! The unit could use a deep cleaning and updating. The furniture on the balcony needs to be replaced. Minor maintenance issues like towel bars off the wall or barely hanging on could be taken care of quickly.

Arnette was incredibly accommodating and responsive when I needed to adjust dates. The location is AMAZING!! Right above the pool, ocean view, easy parking, etc. We don't spend much time in the unit on vacation, so overall it was okay. However, the unit needs several updates and repairs (dryer vent broken and would have torn up our clothes, most liquid hand soaps empty, chipped and very worn cookware, very outdated furniture and decor, etc.). Overall, we had a great stay!
