Location was great, nice beach, beach access was very simple to get to, unit was newly renovated and clean, simple check out process.
Comforters on beds were not clean, there was no dish liquid or dishwasher detergent provided. Had to travel to a separate location to turn in keys and passes,

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The weather and location were great and we will definitely return to this area. The rental company was easy to work with and check in was just as they described. The unit was not very clean and we could've called the cleaning company to return but we didn't want to waste our vacation on that inconvenience. The dishwasher was also not in working order and had to be checked while we were there. A part was ordered and was going to take a week to arrive so we washed dishes by hand, problem was the unit wasn't stocked very well. We had to go buy dish soap and a sponge in order to wash dishes, including the dirty ones in the dishwasher. The washer and dryer worked well and we used it several times. The pier is closed for repairs and the outside of many of the unit's decks are being rebuilt. It made parking a little tricky due to all the construction equipment and supplies taking up the parking spots.
