The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, making meal prep a breeze. The dining area comfortably seats six guests, perfect for shared meals, while the additional breakfast bar provides casual dining space.
BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
Bedroom 1 – This spacious bedroom offers a queen-size bed, cozy linens, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 – Features a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and easy access to the second full bathroom.
Bedroom 3 – Includes a queen-size bed, dresser, and proximity to the third full bathroom.
Bathrooms – All three bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and a modern, clean design.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Relax on your private balcony with a morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine while taking in the peaceful ocean views. Enjoy the fresh sea breeze and calming atmosphere.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $44. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
We do not provide a daily linen service.

Visit during mid May when beaches weren't crowded AT ALL, which was wonderful in itself. We love the Cherry Grove area. They were just three of us and the condo was plenty big. It had everything we needed for our three night stay. I spent an ungodly amount of time on the balcony, which has an incredible view, and the sounds of the ocean were fantastic from the 8th floor. The only hiccup was with the Wi-Fi and streaming on the TV, which I brought up to the owners. I am sure they already have that working more efficiently after I let them know. I would definitely stay here again and would love to come back in a couple of months. Also, I did notice that the dining room table is new as well as the stools up against the kitchen counter as compared to the pictures on the listing. A really lovely place and decorated well. The water pressure here is amazing for us curly haired girls LOL. Beds were comfortable and everything was great for the 3 days, including communication. Love the condo!

The condo was excellent. Layout, furnishings and propperty were all great What sets this property apart in my mind is the cleaning...by far the cleanest rental we have seen.

Great property, pretty crummy managers.The views are incredible- easy access to the beach- excellent for us with our disabled child. The management however….the screen and one of the 4 chairs were broken and the said they would come fix them and just never messaged again. Our stay was 5 nights and we had one trash bag, 3 coffee filters and most of the soaps and shampoo things were fullOf water. Toaster was broken, lots of broken Knick nacks in all the closets and cabinets, broken bay gate. Check in wanted me to use some scammy process that wanted a 1,000 deposit or pay some insurance thing/ make a whole profile which after a long drive was not what I wanted.
