Recently renovated beach house with private swimming pool. 3 bedroom and 2 bath. Large front porch with ocean views and rocking chairs. Large back deck overlooking your private swimming pool. Fenced in back yard. This house is dog friendly. There is plenty of outdoor living space, pool deck, covered decking, porches and parking. The kitchen has just been updated with new cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the other two bedrooms have two full size beds in each room. The beach access is directly in front of this house and just steps to the sand. This section of Cherry Grove has the widest beaches and is stunningly beautiful around the point with the inlets, islands, and marsh. There is a boat launch just a quarter mile away. The house is nicely and newly furnished, the kitchen is fully stocked and equipped, and the pool was just built for the 2019 season. This is a beach house with character and charm that will complete your perfect family beach vacation. High speed internet WIFI, flat screen smart tv's in each bedroom and living room, outdoor beach shower to wash off before hanging by the pool. Don't forget to bring your dog too. You will love this house!

I loved the fact that it was pet friendly, with a fenced in area around the pool. The pots and pans need to be replaced. A couple of cushions on back porch are ripped, possibly by the birds looking for stuffing for nest. Could use some new shower heads in bathrooms. Overall, it was as advertised. I would rent it again. The host was very quick to respond to any of my questions, which I appreciated.

The were a couple of minor issues the owner addressed very quickly and the property is very pet friendly. I would stay here again.

Property was pet friendly and kid friendly, a nice fenced in yard and pool area. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful for the most part -some minor construction noise. Access to the beach was right across the street and you could see the ocean from the front porch. Home was clean and had plenty of beds and space. Would definitely stay again!!

Check in was easy. The property was just as described. Easy beach access. Everything we needed. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs.
