About this house rental
This house is closer to Cape Haze area, with outdoor screened lanai, outdoor patio with cozy chairs, a Solo Stove fire pit, 4 person Jacuzzi, Shaded and Private fenced backyard. Centrally located, our smoke-free spacious home is located in the sweet spot, it's super close (5min drive) to Boca Grande Island (Gasparilla) entrance to quiet island beaches, a 5 min bike ride to Palm Island beaches with a quick ferry ride, We have a nature conservancy park with trails and a bird watching state park on our street and other parks only minutes away. There is 2 Kayak rental and docks close by, and one on the Boca Grande Island. The new bike path starts at the end of street and goes to the rec center and more! Dolphin and Boat Tours, Boat Ramps and dock (5 minutes away), skate parks, public pool at the rec center.
Close to fishing, 3 golf courses and nice quiet neighbors. It's private with screened in back porch with sliding doors which open from the living room, kitchen and main bedroom. 4 bikes, so you can ride your bike or relax on the patio. Hit the new bike trails that start at the end of our street.
We have birds, butterflies, turtles and quail that roam the area. We have 5 thirty year old mango trees, banana trees, pineapples growing and papayas trees.
The house is close to Merchants Crossing with its shops: Publix Super Market(3 min away); Bealls Department Store; GNC; Office Depot and Swim Mart, Post office and Walmart and historic downtown Englewood.
We are 15 miles from Warm Mineral Springs where you can enjoy Florida's only warm water mineral spring, with nearly a constant temperature of 87 degrees. The spring water has the highest mineral content of any spring in the United States. Visitors are attracted to the spring for its rich mineral waters. We are just minutes from Gulf of Mexico Beaches, Historic Dearborn Street, Shopping and Dining.
The house is located on a dead end, quiet street, people enjoy walking with their dogs to the end of the street to Amberjack Environmental Park, which has bird watching and nature trails, at the beginning of the street; you'll find the Wildflower Preserve, Nature Conservancy.
