Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender etc. Gas grill available..Washer/ dryer. Linens and towels supplied. Cable T.V. VCR, DVD, wi-fi, stereo, included. Access to Palm Island by ferry, which is free when you rent Harbortown, so great to pop over for lunch, dinner, or just relax in the lounge chairs, that are provided on our private beach!!! Hidden paridise!: This is an area in Florida that is away from it all. You are close to beaches and restaurants, but away from the hustle and bustle of Florida, and the traffic. This is a very tranquil setting, and a wonderful place to rest and relax. Ivisited this area, I fell in love with it, and ended up buying...me the non-Florida person. The weather is fantastic with the breeze from the water, the people are very friendly and the quiet location is a welcome retreat. A perfect place to 'recharge' your batteries! Everything is so close, it makes it easy to get around. The beaches are fantastic and the boat activity from the lanai is really interesting to watch. Things To Do!: Get up and have breakfast in the morning sun on the lanai, grab your favorite book and sit in the sun, or shade on the lanai and read, go for a swim in the pool or use the hot tub, change and take a FREE boat ride from the pool to Rum Bay Restaurant, have lunch, Relax in a lounge chair on our private beach , take the boat back to the condo, have drinks and appetizers on the lanai, or at the pool, watching the sunset and harbor activity, or grill your dinner outside, or have dinner at Johnny Leverocks, ( under repair) which is only a few steps away, right by the pool and have your evening meal outside! (great food) Beautiful scenery! Very few people!!!!! All this without getting in your car. How nice is that!!
You can also do the ordinary things, golf, play tennis, shop, go to other beaches, eat out (very inexpensive), or go to one of the neighboring towns. Boca Grande is a must..wonderful little village! Beautiful homes!
