Delightful Town-home located in the waterfront community of Cape Haze. This well maintained 3 Bedroom/3 bath plus bonus room is ready for your visit. On the first level you will find a bonus space with a twin sized day bed and views of the marina. Waterside walk up is on this level as well. Go up the stairs to the 2nd level which has two spacious bedrooms with en suite baths. The Master bedroom has it's own cozy, private patio overlooking the marina, intracoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. The laundry room is also located on the second floor. Heading up to the 3rd floor you will find the main entertainment area and kitchen. Also on the 3rd floor is a guest bedroom and hall bath. Bright sunny views greet you. Take the spiral staircase off the balcony to the private roof-top terrace and enjoy the amazing sunsets over the Gulf. Freedom Boat Club and Cape Haze Marina are just steps away. Bring your boat and allow Cape Haze Marina to meet your needs, rentals and slips are also available for additional fees. Access to the marina pool and hot tub are included, and the marina piers can be used for fishing. Englewood, Manisota Key and Boca Grande beaches, are about 10 minutes away. Very well supplied kitchen : lots of bedding and towels : beautiful place ; enjoyed being in the harbor : pool /hot tub closes at 5;00 pm ☹️ Would stay again ; housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning ,

Great place to spend the winter! We enjoyed the townhouse layout and coastal decor. Really only one parking space since the surrounding boat club did not allow cars in their spaces at any time.
