Living Room
The spacious living room invites relaxation with high ceilings and a ceiling fan, enhancing the open atmosphere. Comfortable seating surrounds a smart TV, perfect for movie nights or family gatherings. A fully sliding door offers a stunning view of the pool, while a selection of board games, books for kids and adults, and magazines provide entertainment in this warm, welcoming space.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and electric stove. It features essential utensils, pots and pans, baking sheets, and basic cooking supplies. Guests will also find a kettle, toaster, blender, espresso machine, and regular coffee maker for added convenience. The dining area offers a choice of seating for four at the island or a dining table for six, making it perfect for meals and gatherings.

Bedrooms
The first bedroom is a serene retreat with a king-size bed and a spacious walk-in closet that includes an iron and ironing board for your convenience. The second bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids or friends, offering two twin beds. All bedrooms have high ceilings, ceiling fans, bedding is provided and come with additional pillows and blankets for added comfort.

Bathrooms
The first bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower, while the second bathroom is equipped with a shower, both stocked with essential amenities, including Egyptian cotton towels, beach towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and other necessities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Lanai and Pool
Step outside to the inviting covered lanai, where you can relax in the heated pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The lanai features a gas grill, a dining table for six, a soft sectional couch with a coffee table, two pool sun loungers, and two additional recliners, creating an ideal space for soaking up the sun or enjoying barbecues in your private oasis.

Garage Access

Our garage is stocked with everything you need for fun-filled days at the beach, including pickleball paddles, bikes, foldable chairs, a wheeled cooler, beach umbrella, and floaties—ensuring you’re ready for adventures. Please note that while the garage is NOT AVAILABLE for guests to PARK their vehicles as it contains a covered car that is not to be used or touched, all the amenities mentioned above are still provided for your enjoyment.​ The garage is under video surveillance.

An optional daily fee for pool heating ranges from $25 to $40, depending on outdoor temperatures and the heater schedule. Please note: even with pool heating, cold daytime or nighttime temperatures may prevent the pool from reaching the set temperature.

Pool Heating Notice: Pool heating is weather-dependent. When daytime or nighttime temperatures drop below 50°F, pool heating will not be provided, as operating the heater in low temperatures can damage the equipment. Thank you for your understanding, as this is a safety and maintenance requirement beyond our control.
