Backs to Rotonda River where you can enjoy fishing or canoeing or just a coffee in the morning on the dock Ann & Chuck Park pool is within 5 min drive has heated Olympic swimming pools and kids swim section area with water temperature of 82F. Sasy tarts coffee shop and multiple places to eat out are close by

It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again!

Positives: Good location, updated, nice private view, easy access to entry, new villa, new villa.
Negatives: I think a little more attention needs to be given to cleaning. (The back patio tables were dirty, there were crumbs in the kitchen drawers, the air filter was dirty, and the fans were dusty.)
The master bedroom mattress was very hard, and that's okay for some but not for me. I hardly slept. The A/C struggled to get below 76 at night, and we realized why because the air filter had not been changed in a long time. Once we removed it, we got the unit to cool down.
Overall, I think it's a nice unit for most and was priced well. I reserved unit 176, but upon arrival, I was given instructions for unit 174. This created confusion, and when I contacted the host, he said he had to switch my unit because the guests in 176 wanted to extend their stay. I would have appreciated a heads-up to this change prior to arriving. He said both units were comparable.

Loved the property. We had a wonderful two weeks staying there. Our hosts were always helpful and friendly.
