Spectacular location within sought-after Rotunda West! This well equipped pool home is a short walk or ride to many golf courses and only 4 miles to beautiful Englewood beach and a few minutes more to nationally acclaimed Boca Grande beaches.
Enjoy the fresh-water view from the pool-side or rent a kayak and take a ride from our private dock around the 9 mile, fish stocked canal. Enjoy the nearby bike and walking trails as well.

Nice location,clean and close to many different beaches and restaurants. Loved the pool. Nice size, great temperature and enjoyable atmosphere with the canal and landscaping. Enjoyed riding bikes to community park and learning to play pickleball. Great stay! Can’t wait to return.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the property.It is so well equipped, everything and more that you could wish for. Bikes, canoes, full beach goods.The villa is very comfortable, great beds and lovely huge recliner sofa. Great quality big TV in lounge and all bedrooms.The villa is a little dated, but it is so comfortable and simply amazing value.100% book this place, you won't regret it

Our hosts Lynda and Johanna were attentive and answered our every need. The house was amazing and very big… way too much for my husband and I with our dog Freddie. We used the pool everyday and had unbelievable weather. Actually the day we left it was 20 degrees cooler. Thanks again for everything and hopefully we can rent in 2028. Sandie, Bob and Freddie
