This 4 bedroom home is nestled in the quiet and really peaceful neighborhood of Rotonda West Fl. Relax at your own private pool, go to the Beach, fish or golf.
Only 11 minute drive to Englewood Beach a really cozy and family friendly environment also with many bike paths, and 15 min away from the beautiful Boca Grande Beach. Shark tooth capital of the world Venice is roughly a 30-minute drive. There are 7 golf courses all within 15 minutes.
There are a couple of parks just over 2 miles away with hiking, frisbee golf, basketball, pickleball, lap pool, etc....

This house was clean and well maintained impeccable as soon as you walked in you could tell it is very loved and cared for by not only the cleaning staff, but the homeowners.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay it was a safe and quiet neighborhood. We had more than what we needed and we’re so close to the beach highly recommend renting a boat from lemon Bay Marina. It was easy and close by made for a wonderful day on the water for the memorial weekend.

The house was very clean and comfortable and the owner was extremely helpful. Wonderful pool and hot tub with a nice serene view and peaceful surroundings. Lots of cooking utensils and serving dishes - there wasn't anything we found lacking.

Our family of seven had an amazing vacation here. We experienced a few minor hiccups, but Alicia responded within minutes and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The pool and hot tub were huge hits with our grandchildren and truly made the trip memorable. We would absolutely stay again!

We received several flea bites. We also can smell there were a presents of dogs or same type of animal. I will advice to insecticide the enter outer property.It was the master bedroom, the living room couch and the room in the garage is where the individual were effected with flea bites. Beautiful property
