We want you to RELAX at The Sunfeather, a bright 4BR/2BA canal home in quiet Rotonda West. Enjoy a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, covered lanai, game room, and fun in the sun right from the backyard. Sleeps 9, pet-friendly, close to beaches and golf. The split-bedroom layout allows guests to spread out while still enjoying shared living spaces.
There are two full bathrooms, including a convenient pool-access bath that makes coming in from the pool or hot tub easy.
The main living area is open and inviting with high ceilings, comfortable seating, and large sliding glass doors that connect seamlessly to the outdoor lanai. The dining area is located just off the kitchen and comfortably seats the group for meals, games, or conversation.
A dedicated game room provides additional space to relax, play, or unwind, making it ideal for kids, teens, or quiet downtime.
Outdoors, the covered lanai serves as an extension of the living space, featuring seating, dining options, and views of the canal.
