Welcome to Canal Breeze Villa-modern Luxury getaway where every day is better than a resort vacation. Enjoy your own private heated saltwater pool and spa, prepare meals outdoors in the gourmet kitchen equipped with a massive bbq grill, Relax on the screened lanai with ample seating choices around the pool. Take in breathtaking views of the spectacular wildlife and stunning sunsets over the canal, renowned for its abundance of tarpon, tilapia, snook, and large mouth bass. Cast a line right from your back yard and experience some the area's best fishing without leaving the property!
Inside you'll find bright, open living spaces, a huge slider which allows combined indoor/outdoor living. Well stocked chef's kitchen including wall over and microwave. Dinning area and island accommodate seating for 10. The bedrooms include upscale finishes and plush linens.
The Rotonda West community offers tennis/pickleball courts, a playground area with picnic pavilion, and miles of walking/biking trails. Cape Haze Pioneer Trail is a couple of minutes away, a 7 mile trail to the Gulf. The area is surrounded by 5 championship golf courses within walking distance.
Home is 15 minutes from Boca Grande beaches known for beautiful turquoise waters and shelling. Englewood beach, located on Manasota Key, is also a 15 minute drive and known for its family friendly atmosphere and abundance of shark teeth. This is the perfect destination for families, snowbirds, and couples looking for a memorable Florida escape. Pool will be heated to 82 degrees November through April. Can be heated warmer for our cost. Approximately $100 per week.
