House was great but we didn’t t know pool guy was coming . He was right out side room at 830am talking on phone freaked out my wife. We put trash out and went out for day that nite we came back trash cans were moved not together but on opposite corners of driveway . I put them together like others on street did .That’s it had great time ty

Marina Lane that we stayed in was a very beautiful property, even nicer inside than the photographs suggested. It was very well styled and immaculately clean and new.
We were very happy when we arrived and saw how lovely it was.
Furnishing were gorgeous and very comfortable, very good quality appliances.
The pool was slightly smaller than the photo suggested but still very pleasant, outdoor table and chairs were good.
Two bikes were supplied (it would have been even better if there were three!) and we took a few lovely bike rides around the neighbourhood.
Well maintained gardens, lovely, friendly neighbour.
We wished we had booked for longer and would love to go again.
Suggestions: A comprehensive guest guide in the property would have been welcome to overseas visitors unfamiliar with the garage fob/coffee maker/oven/main door locking operational procedures. They may be standard features in the US, but not to UK folk, and it would have saved some frustration and puzzlement when we arrived on a Saturday when the service office was closed for the weekend.
Also, as shops were some distance away,
a guest welcome basket of essential staples would have been very welcome. We had to buy everything, including dishwasher/washing machine/toilet tissue supplies which wasn't economical for an 11 day stay.
Overall, a fantastic property.

Had a lovely month. Home was just lovely. Had everything you could possibly need. And the pool was a fabulous bonus. Hopefully we can stay again next year

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was very clean, the pool was cool, but nice, and the garage had some wonderful extras for our trip to the beach (chairs, toys etc.). The location was perfect with many things to do within a short drive. We chose this location as we had family close and we were able to drive a short distance to visit. The only thing would be that we stayed for a whole week, so if you are staying more than a couple days, bring more TP, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs etc.
