About this apartment rental

The name "Braemar" carries a beautiful story: A British naval officer named Dick, the first owner of this house, came to New Zealand in search of the lake blue he had seen on the map. He arrived at Lake Tekapo and began his new life and farming career at a farm called Braemar. He lived in a bunk bed, made many friends, and had a lot of fun. When he built his own house, he chose the name "Braemar."
Today, Braemar retains many of the furniture and items used by Dick, and the rich sense of history and vintage charm seems to whisper the stories of the past. Now, you have the chance to create your warmest memories in this place with a beautiful story!
Braemar features a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a queen bed and a single bed. The original large living room has been divided to include a semi-enclosed bedroom with a double bed, and a small bedroom facing the lake view has another double bed. It also includes a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and separate living and dining areas. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people.
