Beautiful location with stunning views of Lake Tekapo and surrounding mountains. 5 min drive into village with cafes, souvenir shops, dark sky bookings, lake walk, hot pools etc…
It was cold when we stayed in the house, even though it was summer. The house was quite cold as rooms are big - even though we turned the heating up.

The views from the kitchen and deck are magnificent, location is not far from city centre, quiet and peaceful with lights along paths to give sense of safety, not favourable for stat gazing though.
Most furniture look a bit outdated.

Loved the view was exceptional
The beds were so comfortable
The showers were great
Not enough towels for 4 people
Should have been 2 each one for your hair for the days we were staying and the price.
There wasn't any hand soap for the basin outside the shower when you were went to the toilet you had to keep moving it out and inside the shower .
The oven wasn't clean
Some of the bowels and plates were chipped.
No tissues provided
The finer touches make a difference when you are paying for a Band B
The one we had the previous year was amazing in all fronts.
