Sky Valley

Location was great, easy walk down to the main strip of shops. Room was tidy and comfortable with a nice quietness around us.

Poor insulation, noise from next room coming in

We love the location and comfort of the stay. New, modern and clean. Owner responded very promptly to our requests too.

Every time we turned off the tap, we need to master turning the taps to dripping mode to prevent freezing of the tap. This was annoying but guess this is unavoidable during winter times.

Email communication prior to our arrival was good. Communication regarding the access code was good.

The apartment requires a tap to be left running in the bathroom at all times to prevent the water lines freezing during cold spells. This however did not prevent the line to the shower freezing. We were given access to an adjourning apartment to use the shower, however I am not sure what would have happened had this apartment been occupied. We noted that this apartment also required a tap to be left running to prevent freezing of the lines. We acknowledge that the night/morning temperatures were low during this period (-4/-5C) however we would question the suitability of these apartments for rental in the winter season.
