PLEASANT VIEW TOO is a beautiful modern beachfront property that accommodates up to a maximum of 12 guests with amazing sea views! Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout. Ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula Holiday!

Open plan kitchen with extra large fridge space - one side all fridge the other side is fridge at top and freezer down bottom, large electric stove top and oven with air-fry mode, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, well equipped with an assortment of wine/water glasses, salad bowls, platters, kids plates, bowls and cups, frying pans, saucepans, baking and casserole dishes, chopping boards. Butlers pantry with Nespresso pod machine and frother (BYO pods), microwave, air fryer and sandwich press. Large kitchen island with stools.
Dining area with dining table and 12 chairs, living area with large smart TV, chaise lounge, coffee tables, bar fridge, gas log fire.
Large door from the lounge leads out to the balcony area with outdoor table and 12 chairs, 5 burner hooded gas BBQ, great sea views, stairs from balcony to downstairs outdoor area.
2 bedrooms, both with ceiling fans, bathroom with vanity, separate walk-in shower and separate w/c.

Black Point is a small seaside settlement which offers a beautiful sandy beach, swimming, fishing, sailing, boating and crabbing, making it a popular destination for families and holiday makers.
Bed configuration - Upstairs - main bed 1 - king bed, bed 2 - queen, Downstairs - bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - 2 x bunk beds, bed 5 - queen
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Linen can be hired - $44 for king bed, $38.50 for queen bed, $27.50 for single bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

The place was excellent with plenty of open kitchen & dining space as well as more private spots to read a book or chill out. In terms of location its absolutely perfect. The house is barely 2 minutes walk from the beach and fronts onto a walking trail leading to a local reserve. There's an outdoor shower which is great for containing the beach mess if you have a large group. Black Point is great for paddleboarding and was only 30 min drive from Watsacowie Brewery in Minlaton. The only downside is that the outside porch could have been cleaner when we arrived but compared to the many upsides, this was very easy to look past. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great beach house with few mins walk to the beach. Great location for crab raking. Outdoor shower is very convenient. Although need to BYO rakes, would be great if owner can provide some in the future. Lots of kid toys and board games provided as well as shampoo etc but agency told us to BYO for all so we wasted lots of car space. Would be great if those can be listed on description so people would know how great the house is. There are some manuals provided but missing some instructions like which are room 1-5 in air con control, cooktop etc. Overall it’s a great modern new house with great view. And would definitely recommend others to book and come back in the future.
