About this house rental

This absolute beachfront property boasts epic 180deg views of the magical Spencer Gulf and is positioned right above Sims cove. A (very) short stroll and you're on the beach sun baking, swimming or crabbing.
C/W new bed and Sealy mattresses, new linen, new furniture, Starlink internet, Netflix, kayaks, crab rakes, board games etc. etc.

A great location and spacious, well maintained property. Good facilities but need to update number of wine glasses and kitchen equipment( saucepans and casserole dishes placemats etc.

Such a wonderful stay. The house has an incredible view, is so spacious and the hosts have really thought of everything to make us feel at home. Booking and checking in was easy and when we had questions during our stay, the hosts responded straight away. We would love to come back again. Thank you so much, it was absolutely beautiful 😀

We are a family of 5 and this house was perfect for us. From the moment we walked into this beautiful beach front home we felt relaxed. Check in process was easy and communication with host was fast and reliable. Everything you needed was supplied for us in the kitchen and throughout the house. Great location, quiet and a beautiful outdoor area upstairs. Thanks.
